How do we use your personal information?

Contact forms, where a user may submit Personal Information, is collected and stored in a secure manner for the purpose of fulfilling inquiries placed through the Site.
Do we share your personal information?
Information submitted through contact forms will not be shared in any manner unless otherwise noted. All forms will ask for consent to shared information or opt-in to share information prior to submission when applicable.
When visiting the Site, we may share your device information with Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to help us understand how our visitors use the Site-- This is done by collecting and tracking visitor information, which may include Personal Information. We annonymize IP addresses through this third party, but other Personal Information may be tracked by Google. We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
Controls for do-not-track features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
Your rights
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the email listed below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident please note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you, or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be stored and transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
Data retention
When you submit a contact inquiry through the Site, we will maintain your information for our records unless or until you ask us to delete this information. Otherwise information collected through contact forms are usually deleted from Site storage once the inquiry has been resolved.
Minors
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Site. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
